Retirement, here I come: Designing the new stage of life together
The transition to retirement opens a new chapter. In the workshop "Retirement, here I come!", participants take the time to consciously reflect on their life journey, recognize personal strengths, and develop new perspectives for the upcoming phase of life.
Reflection with appreciation
In a trusting and relaxed atmosphere, participants discuss the experiences that have shaped their lives so far. Achievements, personal turning points, and important companions receive space. This reflection strengthens personal self-understanding and creates a good foundation for the future.
Rediscovering experiences and talents
The workshop makes visible competencies that often go beyond professional activities. Life experience, sense of responsibility, practical skills, and social strength form a personal competence profile. This creates orientation for a retirement that aligns with one's interests and needs.
Looking forward with clarity and confidence
Together, participants focus on wishes, ideas, and perhaps long-postponed dreams. Concrete perspectives for everyday life arise from personal interests. This supports social participation, mental activity, and personal well-being in the new stage of life.
Exchange in a senior-friendly environment
The workshop combines reflection, exchange, and new impulses. Encounters with people in a similar life phase create community and security. The Schmerlenbach conference center provides the framework for an intensive weekend with accommodation and meals.
Experienced guidance
Speaker Ruth Wissel brings years of experience in seminar leadership, coaching, and team development. Her work in adult education and the intensive engagement with the question of life in retirement form a solid foundation for joint work.
Conclusion: Visitors can expect a strengthening community experience with time for reflection, personal orientation, and new ideas. Those who want to shape retirement actively, age-appropriately, and with confidence will experience valuable impulses for their own path in Schmerlenbach.
