Digital treasure hunts using the app “Actionbound” combine movement, play, and creative media work into a learning form that takes children and young people seriously. They seek locations using a tablet or smartphone, puzzle together on riddles, film short sequences, and thus experience that learning is fun. The training is aimed at full-time and voluntary staff in youth work, teachers of all school types, as well as staff from libraries and other educational institutions. In practical units, digital rallies will be planned on a PC or laptop and tested in small groups. Participants will learn how to implement the digital treasure hunt in holiday activities, school projects, or in open youth work. The goal is to promote media literacy, teamwork, and active, self-directed learning. Participation is free of charge.
