In the family offer Cool Boys – Strong Guys, boys in grades 3 to 5 discover how to navigate typical everyday situations confidently, attentively, and fairly. The two-day self-assertion training combines movement, role-playing, and child-friendly exercises into a valuable learning experience for increased security and self-confidence.
Practicing Everyday Situations Understandably and Age-Appropriately
The concept developed by VAuST addresses situations from the boys' lives. Teasing, provocations, threats, or the taking of personal belongings are examined and practically processed together. The participants learn to recognize violent situations early, perceive boundaries, and respond appropriately.
Self-Assertion Without Counter-Violence
The focus is on clear words, confident body language, and de-escalating behavior. The boys practice saying a clear no, resolving conflicts as non-violently as possible, seeking help, and behaving wisely in difficult situations. The topic of intervening as a helper is also addressed, without losing sight of their own safety.
Shared Time with Movement and Learning Fun
Role-playing and practical exercises make the content tangible. Children can bring in their own experiences, try out different courses of action, and strengthen their social development.
