Great premises with meeting rooms. Perfect for startups, for example. You can rent rooms starting at approximately 30 square meters and then rent additional rooms as needed. Great and friendly staff.

As a founder, I requested assistance with funding programs. After waiting two months, I received a message stating there was nothing available for my company – which was incorrect. There are plenty of programs available, and I'm currently busy writing grant applications. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Zentec. My advice: Contact the government agencies directly.
