I don't have a family doctor anymore, all the practices around me are full, so I tried ZAVA. It was hassle-free and quick. No sitting for hours in the waiting room. No unfriendly receptionists. On the contrary, the customer service on the phone was very friendly. Unfortunately, the prescription by mail takes a bit of time, which is inconvenient. If there's no partner pharmacy nearby, you should plan for that :)

Rip-off!! My prescription was sent to a local pharmacy here, and they informed me that the medication was unavailable. I never received another response from Zava...

Complete rip-off, I wanted something for a simple bladder infection. It was denied on the grounds that it could be anything. Seriously, who gets prescription medication there? I've just paid 19 EUR for nothing.
