One of the worst places to get emergency service. I went there with a broken hand and waited for 5 hours to get basic treatment. They asked me to come back after 5 days to see a surgeon for my injury. Unfortunately, appointments are not available; one of the doctors tried to help me get the plaster changed at the emergency service team again, but they made me wait for 3 hours. Finally, the emergency team doctor came and started shouting that this is not an emergency case, I will not allow it, and sent me back with no treatment and an appointment for next week. I tried calling the hospital to get an appointment with the hand surgeon, and the response I got was that he does not see publicly insured patients. So Dr. Hartensuer, when you only treat patients with private insurance, how can you be head of the emergency department? Because emergencies don’t check people’s insurance providers.

The clinic is clean, and the doctors and nurses inside were extremely friendly, helpful, polite, and respectful. However, it is unfortunate that the employee sitting at the information desk was extremely rude and treated us with disrespect just because we are not Germans. I tried to approach him by telling him that "this is a clinic, people come here because they are sick, and it is unprofessional and not nice to mistreat them," and he started fidgeting and saying in a loud voice, "ich verstehe nicht," which translates to "I don’t understand." Even though he does understand English. It is very unfortunate that sick people have to go through such treatment.

My friend was stalked here and completely ignored by the staff. One doctor tried to convince his parents that he is faking his condition based on a video they took of him in secret.

Kudos to section C03. Awesome work and professional towards the patients. Thank you doctors, nurses, and staff.
