Friendly, but not very competent. The impression is that they're looking for easy solutions, focusing solely on regional options and relying on a thin information booklet. The difference between a chemical-technical assistant and a chemical laboratory technician seems to be nonexistent. I expected more competent advice, especially for young people, instead of a run-of-the-mill, impersonal process. The one star is for friendliness.
