Strong girls learn to clearly show their boundaries
This two-day WenDo training in Aschaffenburg strengthens girls aged 6 to 7 in a child-friendly way. Together, the participants discover how much strength they have within them, how to say a clear no, and how to seek help in uncomfortable situations.
Becoming brave and using one's voice
Everyday situations are the focus, including those children know from school, clubs, chatting, home, or being out and about. The girls playfully explore how to react to insults, awkward questions, or unwanted touches. They learn to perceive their feelings, recognize boundaries, and express themselves confidently.
Age-appropriate learning experience with movement and community
The training combines movement, conversation, and practical exercises. The children experience that their voice matters and that a clear no is always allowed. Through collective experimentation, laughter, trust, and a valuable sense of community emerge. The exercises promote self-confidence, body awareness, social development, and the ability to seek support in difficult situations.
Safety and self-confidence in everyday life
Self-assertion does not mean having to solve conflicts alone. The girls learn to perceive dangers early, create distance, set clear boundaries, and ask reliable adults for help. The child-friendly approach strengthens action security without instilling fear. Thus, the family experience becomes an important learning experience for everyday life.
Growing together in the WenDo course
The course takes place on Saturday, October 17, and Sunday, October 18, 2026, each from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Aschaffenburg. The participation fee is 60 euros. For parents, the weekend offers the opportunity to accompany their daughter's development towards more courage, self-assurance, and boundary awareness.
Conclusion: A weekend for strong, self-confident girls
Participants can expect a safe environment in which they can discover their strengths with joy, curiosity, and learning fun. Those who want to provide their child with a valuable family experience with practical skills for more safety will find a sensitive and age-appropriate offer here.
